Arguments¶

• ChannelType - The channel technology of the peer.
  

• Peer - The name of the peer (including channel technology).
  

• PeerStatus - New status of the peer.

• Cause - The reason the status has changed.
  

• Address - New address of the peer.
  

• Port - New port for the peer.
